Went to their 3rd St market hall location... The pad krawpow was overly salty... And flavor is mid. I don't know if it was just this time. But I know it was not busy when i went there. The smoke brisket is good, and simple. But the pad krawpow, I was expecting chillie peppers and thought it would be more of the authentic Thai style. But notice there was carrots/mini corn/broccoli in the pad krawpow. It was more of a stir fry rather than pad krawpow.
Tried their new spot at 3rd Street Market Hall. The drunken noodles are fire. Just perfect spice and noodles were awesome. My kids loved their chicken pad Thai too.
They advertised Brisket fried rice, beef jerky and mama eggrolls but its only for dinner. We went there for lunch and the main things were not serve. If I wanted shrimp fried rice I would of just went home and made it my self. Then ordered their sausage with sticky rice did the cake no love in the cooking.

Fried rice is hard to get wrong; it's an easy A pass due to the savory charcoal flavor and tenderness of the beef. However, anyone can do fried rice, it's not a Laotian dish. Pad Thai was odd. While you could taste the tamarind, it lacked the depth and harmonized 'punch' of sweet and sour that Pad Thai is known for. It was also missing umami due to the lack of fi
