My wife and I are big supporters of local businesses, especially new ones in our area. That’s why we were thrilled to discover Santo Agave Park West. Let me start by praising our wonderful server, Leslie. She was incredibly friendly and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The restaurant itself is a feast for the eyes. The layout is stunning, like stepping into an art museum. The design and decor are exceptional, and the lighting is perfect, creating a lively yet intimate atmosphere. We were encouraged to have fun while we dined. I believe there’s a live DJ on the weekends, and he played excellent upbeat music that wasn’t too loud at all! The menu is thoughtfully curated and not overwhelming. We started with the Seared crab cake, chipotle mayonnaise, fresh herbal greens,

Dined: 2/21/26 with 11 for dinner The food was very good, ambience was good, decor is beautiful but we weren’t happy with our server. She was easily distracted and the service suffered. Example 1: after 20 mins with the drink menu, she started taking drink orders. After the 1st order, the 2nd person only wanted a straw. She stopped taking drink orders and proceeded to go find a straw. That took 10 mins. She continued with drink orders, stopped again because she wasn’t sure about the specialty drink. Went to go ask and was gone for another 10 mins. Our last person wanted to order a bottle of wine. She didn’t know the answer and had to go get their wine bartender (another 10 mins). So overall, it took 45 mins for drinks to show up… Example 2: after our 1st bottle of wine, we wanted to re-ord

We had such a great experience here. From the host, servers, runners and managers everyone was so pleasant and provided wonderful service. Noemi was excellent and so sweet. The oysters are amazing! Looking forward to having a place so close to home

This is a very nice, upscale Mexican restaurant. The ambiance had a very nice vibe. I love that they provide purse hooks... It's the little things sometimes. As an appetizer I had the Guacamole and chips. The guacamole was good but the chips were questionable, they look like the leftovers of the bottom is a tostada bag. I had the Tacos Governadores as my main dish and they were delicious! I also had a slightly modified Guayava spritzer and it was excellent. Although they didn't have a gluten-free menu, they were very helpful in helping me select the right dish. A reservation is recommended because it gets busy. I'll be going there again.

Upscale Vibe. Great Service and AMAZING food and drinks My husband and I saw Santo agave preparing to open last week. We were so surprised and happy that they were open this week. We were able to get right in without a reservation. Appetizers we had spicy beef, empanadas, and crabcakes. Everything was made fresh and they were amazing. Our first drinks were the Oaxaca old-fashioned, and the Santo agave. Can’t go wrong with either. I have been had the ribeye tacos with bone marrow. A surprise but excellent choice. I had the Agua Chile ribeye, which gave hints of sushi but with beef. You have to try it. Above all the service was excellent. Our waitress Alissa it was very kind and attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. We can’t forget to mention the manager Frank, who checked in on
