Santiam Subs

The service was amazing. The music selection was great, and the vibe was off the hook. The food was good. The veggie sub is better than jersey Mike's. The meatball sub my kids loved. I had the chicken cheese steak. Also, the waffle fries are great, and the tots were not overcooked but crisp 👌. Not all places can nail perfectly cooked tots. I do think the fry sauce could use something more. I think a small restaurant like this is crucial to having great sauces. They should come up with some signature sauces.

Food isn’t good owner / worker is super rude I had a terrible experience wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Tried the meatball sub wasn’t good haven’t ate their again, only have gone in to gamble. Asked to use the restroom and was denied. Have gone in over 20 times no problem until the owner wanted to take out his issues on me when I cashed a lottery ticket and asked to use the restroom. I wouldn’t support this place as you can see by his comment he is still upset and spreading his anger. Making this to warn people that the owner is greedy and not nice.

I ordered a French dip sandwich and the turkey club. The aus jus that came with the sandwich was essentially brown water, utterly flavorless. There was like 3 slices of roast beef and nothing else on this $12 sandwich (see picture). I’m usually pretty open minded in my reviews and tend to rate higher than I think I should because I consider the work they do to keep the business going, but this was a complete disappointment of a sandwich shop and lunch.

Awesome sub stop! We stopped here on a whim for a quick sandwich for dinner and were happily surprised of the sun quality at this hole in the wall spot. Veggie was fresh and delicious, server was super friendly, and beer prices were good.

As i sit here devouring yet another perfect sub at this place, i cant help but wonder how disadvantaged the world is for not having this place in every city and/town of the world. It is THAT good... i dnt get any kind of anything for my reviews.. So, real talk!-- if u havnt already- TRY IT! You can thank me later. I recomend the ham salami pepperoni sub for something cold. For a warmer experience i definitely recomend the Spicy Cheese steak.... Try it! Impossible to disappoint!!!!
