Customer Reviews
Good Apple turnover- it does not spill out the pastry for presentation- it is enclosed in the pastry. Very attentive staff. Coffee was $1.75 for 16 ounces, drink it black- hint of bitter with every taste but not sour. got a cupcake & bread pudding as well, all for Less than $6… in this area- this is a steal. cupcake, eaten without frosting on top - good notes of chocolate. I will plan to order plain chocolate cupcakes to let my family decorate at home together. parking lot is shared w/ another business - I noted 3 spots available at 930 am. Street parking available.
Best bakery in Cicero! Love the Family the son Alex is extremely nice and helpful!! They have the freshest baked goods around hands down!!! It was by far the best danish I’ve ever had. My wife got a chocolate cupcake because it was our anniversary and she loved it! Our baby Benny got a m&m cookie and ate every last crumb. We also had shares donut and it was beyond fresh. We have family in the area so we’ll definitely be coming back soon. We even told our family about the bakery it was so goooood!!!! You have customers for life with us! Thanks again for great food and even greater service!!
They never fail me. They really strive to do a good job. People always ask where did you that cake?
Great family owned bakery. The lady was super friendly and helped me place a concha order for work. They make all their bread fresh every morning. They have a wide variety of options from conchas to bolillos and they even sell cheesecake and custom cakes for any event. They were fairly priced not to expensive and the cheesecake was so fluffy and creamy.
Mexican-style pastries have never been my favorites; nothing wrong with them, just different expectations. I was driving by on the feast of Saint Agnes (i.e., Santa Inez) and decided on a whim to go in. I got several items just to try, and lo and behold, they were pretty good. The staff was helpful and friendly, too. So I'll be back, and I won't wait until next January 21.
