Santa Fe Mexican Bar & Grill

Poor service, order was wrong. Kids grilled chicken taste spoiled or freezer burnt. My chicken chimichanga was so bland the only thing I could taste was the cheese sauce on top. Husband had ground beef taco and burrito he said the ground beef had zero seasoning. There was one other table here during "dinner time" I can't believe we even stayed when we walked in. I should've listened to my instinct.

No way in every way Brought out bottle of salsa with an obvious film on to of it from sitting for an extended period of time in a cooler. Food came quickly was hot but pretty obviously reheated and small portions. No one came back to our table after our food was brought out. We ate and enjoyed conversation for a long time. Waited fifteen more minutes for the check. Still waiting after calling out hello, yoo hoo, and whoop! Realized that the person who had been waiting on us had left. We used the restroom. One step above an outhouse. Toilet seepage on the floor. Overall gross. There were at least two other employees there. One that was twenty feet from us. No other customers in the place. Finally the person that had returned. Came rushing in. Went to the back. The other person went to the b

First time we have went to this place we never were waited on and we sat there for a good 20 minutes before leaving. Second time, they got our drink order and the waitress brought the wrong drink, she said she would take care of it, she never came back, we waited a good 20 minutes then and we see her just walking around not doing anything, never even took our food order before we left. Thought we would give a chance with take out. Nope. Found shells all in my tex mex from shrimp and it was a kids portion, my wife ordered a beef and cheese burrito and got maybe half a spoon of beef, no cheese. We will never go to this place again.

I know there aren't many places to go in Grant to eat on a Saturday night. I wish I would have read the one star reviews before we went. It was as bad as everyone said. You'd be better off driving to Guntersville or Scottsboro. It's AWFUL the food, service, everything.

Wow I really love eating in this restaurant !! The salad was amazing and tasty !!! The best food I’ve ever had 😍😍😍
