Santa Fe Cafe

Note that this is way more than a ‘cafe’. We had an eight person family get together at Santa Fe Café. The atmosphere was perfect for the event. We had a table in the loft area that provided some privacy but we could still enjoy the vibe of the cafe. The group table was serviced well and the food was superb. Having just spent a week in Santa Fe NM, this HH restaurant is true to the spirit of the town it’s named after.

The food is pretty good. It's a cute place right near the marina.

My husband and I decided to take our teen out for a nice meal while visiting Hilton Head. The restaurant did not impress me at all. The atmosphere is not relaxing at all. The food was good, but the fact that they seated us next to a loud party of 12 made having a conversation almost impossible. The loud talking and screaming across to each other went on our entire meal. It is sad to see people not respect others. I understand the restaurant wants to make money, but this arrangement was not fair to our table or the small party immediately next to us. The food was seasoned well, and the presentation was well thought out. Manager: Possibly, plan large groups to dine earlier so each guest can have a good experience. Food was good, fresh and flavorful, and good service but did not get to experience the atmosphere as we were sitting outside on a patio totally disconnected from the restaurant vibes. Recommend Chimichanga and shrimp tacos for sure. Little too pricey.

Great Mexican with an upstairs patio when it's nice out. Food was fresh and inspired with different takes on classic dishes. If you're looking for something different from the usual Mexican this is a nice place. I didn't drink alcohol anymore but it's got a nice selection and even had mezcal.
