We dined at this restaurant last month and had a generally pleasant experience overall. The food was good and well-presented, but the flavors felt somewhat muted and could be made more authentic, especially for those familiar with traditional Indian cuisine. While everything tasted fine, it didn’t quite deliver the depth, spice balance, or boldness one might expect from classic Indian dishes. Considering the portion sizes and overall taste, the pricing felt a bit on the higher side. One of the biggest advantages of this place is its excellent location. It’s just minutes away from Gillette Stadium, making it a very convenient option before or after events. The large, free parking lot is a major plus and removes any hassle around finding parking. The restaurant also has a banquet hall adjac

Sankalp Foxborough truly feels like a slice of home away from home. Being from Ahmedabad, this place instantly brought back so many fond memories of dining with my family back there. The flavors are wonderfully authentic and stay true to the taste that made Sankalp such a favorite growing up. From the moment the food arrives, the aroma and presentation transport you straight to India. It’s rare to find this level of authenticity in the US, and they’ve done a fantastic job recreating it here. Even the ambiance feels warm and inviting, making the entire experience nostalgic and comforting. If you’re looking for genuine Indian flavors or simply want to relive classic South Indian dining memories, Sankalp is absolutely worth visiting. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Great food, great ambience, plenty of options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian and a lot of options for drinks as well. We tried couple of south indian dishes today, Rava masala dosa, masala dosa, onion tomato uttapam all of them were pretty good and we also tried schezwan noodles which were phenomenal.

This visit had been on my list since summer based on friends’ recommendations. We finally made it there, a bit skeptical and expecting the usual flavors—but it turned out to be a great experience. Ambience & Location: The restaurant has a very spacious dining area with a bar and event rental space. Its location right off Gillette Stadium makes it easy to find (definitely check traffic updates on game days). We visited on a weekend and were seated right away without any wait. Food & Menu: The menu offers a wide variety of regional Indian options and is well organized with color-coded sections for easy reference. We started with soups and Gobi Manchurian, which was crispy, flavorful, and honestly the best we’ve had so far among Indian restaurants in the New England area. Even the kids love

Had a lovely experience at Sankalp Indian Restaurant. The dosa was crisp and flavorful, just the right balance of texture and spice. The vada pav brought a nice street-food authenticity, with a punchy kick from the chutneys. I was pleasantly surprised by the Manchurian Frankie—an interesting Indo-Chinese twist that worked really well. Finished it off with a glass of Rooh Afza, which added a refreshing, nostalgic touch to the meal. Overall, a satisfying and enjoyable visit. Would definitely go back to explore more of the menu.
