Sanjha Dhaba 850 Paterson Ave, East Rutherford, NJ

This place looks like a small dhaba-style restaurant, exactly like a tiny dhaba in India. Service was great. We ordered Makke di roti and sarsoon ka saag it was unbelievable. Roti came with a dollop of butter. So good. We also ordered langar wali daal that was great too. For an appetizer we ordered mushroom tikka - it was great. It had cream and had that zing because of the achaari flavor.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a really great experience. We ordered Paneer Tikka Masala, Goat Curry, Naan, and Tandoori Roti. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. The Paneer Tikka Masala was rich and delicious, and the Goat Curry was cooked perfectly with amazing spices. For appetizers, we tried the Bade Miya Peshkash and Lamb Chops it was more than enough for three of us. It was very tasty and I highly recommend it to everyone. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. You won’t regret visiting this place — trust me!

I’m usually a rice person and rarely go for anything else, but when my friend ordered Chole Bhature from here, I decided to try a bite — and wow, I was genuinely impressed! I also ordered the Paneer Biryani for myself, and it was equally amazing — perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and very satisfying. The flavors were balanced, and the portion size was generous.
