Great food, not fancy buy really good homestyle cooking. Amanda provided great service and had a wonderful suggestion to try the French Toast, it was one of the best I have had! This was our first time visiting, but not our last.

I love stopping at old restaurants, you'll never be disappointed. This is a place to delight your palate with a delicious breakfast, 100% recommended.

Good food, good service, cash only. Quiet, seat yourself, alot of history in this place.

I was passing through Reidsville and saw this cute little restaurant. It was so cute…a bit like going back in time. It has been around since the 1920’s! The staff was SO NICE and extremely attentive. The food was amazing! I ordered an omelette and it was out of this world. The veggies were so fresh! And the sausage was delicious. This did not disappoint. If you are in Reidsville you have to go to Sanitary cafe! You will not be disappointed! Also, this is a cash only establishment. But don’t worry, they have an ATM in the premises for your convenience.

I love quality small diner restaurants. This was a great place for a meal. Good home cooking North Carolina favorites, with real vegetables and meats on the menu! My kind of place! I will definitely eat here again!
