Great to go here during the week. I avoid it on the weekend bc of too many drunks. Also lots of garbage left behind. Otherwise it's great.
It's sandy and feels so good in your feet. Great place to relax and enjoy the day.
When I got to the island I was optimistic, however, I was abruptly confronted by two gentleman who ruined my experience. I docked my kayak and they were not fond of my political beliefs. Sorry, but if you want to run a proper island then you need real service. Food options limited, felt safe to leave the kayak but not the oar, it’s time to make a change here. 3 star island. Ps, would’ve been a 4 but too much sand when docking
There was nobody there when we got there, the water was warm and the waves were just right! Had a great time with the ducks and ducklings. There was no garbage left, island was clean!
Absolutely a hidden gem!! Amazing! Can't say more because I don't want too many people coming to ruin it!! A+++
