Sancho Panzaa

We use to come here and had been waiting for the reopening. The food is incredible! We got choriqueso and calamari for appetizers and both got fajitas for dinner. The decor is beautiful - the wall mural is impressive! Service was great too. They weren’t busy which is usually when service slacks but that was not the case. Definitely give them a try if you were a Mestizo’s regular. The portions weren’t huge and a bit more expensive, the quality of food made up for it though.

The best Mexican in Nashville. We used to routinely go to Mestizos and loved it. This is soooo much better. More expensive but well worth it. Try the Brussels. The best I’ve ever had. We also loved the shrimp tacos and tres enchiladas!! And the service was perfect.

My wife & I were regulars at Mestizo’s, so when Sancho Panzaa opened, naturally we were a bit skeptical, but my goodness were we impressed. The service and atmosphere were wonderful, and I had easily the best burrito & churros I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The menu is simple because they really care about putting quality into an intentional selection of entrees. We can’t wait to go back, and if you’re local to Bellevue or want to travel for a refreshing take on traditional Mexican cuisine, please give this place your business.

Great to have a new restaurant with great service, good and drinks in the neighborhood. A fresh look and superb service along with very taste fajitas made our evening. Will be back.

The food was amazing! I was trying to make my leftovers last until the next day but I failed because it was so delicious. The staff were super also kind; the restaurant was a bit cold from the temp and another customer asked if they could turn the heat up and they immediately bumped the temperature up! The atmosphere was like a cozy cafe. Not a ton of noise and it definitely suits going for an impromptu lunch with the girlies. Definitely will be going back! 🩷
