San Martín Café

Came here for breakfast. Local cafe with good food. Got the country fried steak & eggs. The country fried steak look like it was homemade. I love country fried steak but when I get it at other dinners they all look like it came from the same supplier. Wife loved her steak steak breakfast. got a 1/2 order of garlic fries and it was literally fried potatoe wedges with garlic. I enjoy supporting local business.

Their omelettes are so tasty. We got egg white low calorie omelette and chicken skillet. It is really big portion. We were full just with one of them.

This was a warm and welcoming stop on the drive home after thanksgiving. We had a real mix of dishes and the staff was very sweet.

Yes, it looks a little uninspiring. But don't let the outside(or inside) fool you. You want a very good breakfast and a tremendous selection, then you found the place! Service with a smile! A little gem that I will visit every time I come to Gilroy.

We stopped randomly on our way to san jose and it was absolutely delicious. Pictured is half the order. It's a bbq bacon Cheeseburger! The fries? Freaking awesome and crispy! Would definitely come back if we come this way again!
