I happened to be in the area on some errands and felt like having Thai food. I searched on Google for a Thai restaurant that looked appealing and reasonably priced. This place immediately caught my attention due to its excellent reviews and the fact that it had opened fairly recently. Most importantly, the prices were mid-range and very reasonable for me. Once we were seated and ordered our drinks and food, I was impressed from the very beginning by the warm welcome. The restaurant atmosphere was comfortable, clean, and inviting. When the dishes arrived, we took our time to truly savor the flavors, and I can honestly say they exceeded expectations by a wide margin. Yep, the hype is real. The coconut beverage was delish! The wings were crispy and flavorful, the crab curry and brown rice was divine, and the coconut pudding was one of the best desserts I’ve had (not overly sweet)!! I will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this place! The food was incredibly authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Every dish we tried was well-balanced and full of rich, bold Thai flavors. You can tell they really care about getting it right. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was great too. Highly recommend if you’re craving real Thai food that tastes just like it should!

It is always comforting to come across an authentic Thai restaurant amidst the bustling of NYC. Every dish we ordered at Samyan was perfectly cooked. Drinks were exceptionally delicious. And the presentation was just wow! Samyan serves authentic Thai food that is outstanding like no others. Strongly recommend and will definitely come back with friends and family.

Incredible meal, immaculate service. Recommend the curry chicken - divine - and the basil friend rice - to die for. Great for dine in and take out!
