Sam's Southern Eatery Beaumont

Food was good. Service was friendly and atmosphere was peaceful. Smelled clean when you walked in and everything appeared clean. Grilled fish and shrimp was great. They added Grilled onions and bell pepper. Very nice touch. We're will be back. 🙂

A nice little gem that looks really unassuming on the outside. Your order is a huge portion and freshly made. The fried foods are lightly breaded and seasoned, so you aren't just eating a ton of the crust and you actually enjoy the chicken and/or fish. The staff was also very polite and friendly. I highly recommend paying a visit if you want fresh and hot food at an affordable price!

This is not a southern eatery even in the slightest. There is no meatloaf, chicken fried steak mashed potatoes, or sweet tea. This a seafood place. The inside is dirty and the soda machine has probably never been cleaned.

First let me say the customer service was wonderful.. But I was disappointed with my food. My tomatoes looked old. My livers were fried too long and everything was very soggy. I honestly think maybe it was time to change the grease or something. And they need to maybe poke holes on the containers that way it won’t make the fried foods soggy!

I have been eating here for years until yesterday I bought my usual meal from them and bought my niece food as well. We were food poisoned vomiting and diarrhea all night that was the ONLY place we ate from yesterday. My body so weak my niece can’t walk I’m now waiting on my son to pick us both up and bring us to the ER. I’m too weak to drive it really took a toll on me and my niece. Please do better even with cleaning because we could’ve died. It’s not sanitary because the homeless come in off the streets and get free soda out the machine without properly hand washing I saw them with my own eyes…. Please do better Sam’s Eatery could have killed my niece and I
