Sams Falafel & Shawarma

I was delivering food and went to pickup a order at Sams. The client cancelled the order while I was there and I got to keep the food! Shoutout to Mohammed and team for letting me take it, PLUS he told me to take any drink for FREE to enjoy with the food! Thank you for the kindness, goes a long way. Hope all prosperity for the business!

I ordered a chicken shawarma sandwich and soda to eat-in, and it was delicious! The sandwich was hot, chicken tender and well seasoned, fresh toppings and sauce. Large portions too! The staff was friendly, and ordereas cooked fast. The restaurant is clean and modern, but could use some music and a bit more heat in the table seating area. Very good food, definitely try it. Rating: Solid A. Note: The restaurant has been open 8 years but recently changed to new owners.

Unfortunately a bad review because of the misleading menu or plate options. On the menu online it says you can choose rice or fries for your meat plate, but when we ordered fries, we were given rice too and then charged extra for a side of fries. Would like the restaurant to fix this and clarify. The french fries are really good though.

Did they change owner? The quality went DOWNHILL. First pic from 2024, second from today. Never getting this again. No seasoning, small portions, soggy hummus.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. The food was delicious and totally amazing. The falafels took me down memory road to Dubai. The staff was friendly and just awesome souls ... Thank you for the wonderful Arabic food. In addition to the food I took home some authentic Arabic sweets...
