So I went to order my babyshower cake on Wednesday 5/9/2024 to pick up from 10-11 on Saturday 5/11/2024 and they totally change their cake ordering system it took like 2 hours for somebody to take my order is like they had no idea how to put my order in their system since they don’t.They dont Use the paper format anymore now u have to use a QR code. Finally when at least 4 different people from customer service finally had my order done I was relieved. Comes Saturday I was about to go and pick up my cake and I get a call from sams club to tell me that I won’t be able to get my cake. Because they have no power and their computer system is down.So I told lady over the phone I’ll pay cash and she said no that they won’t give me my cake because they need to scan barcode and system is down a
The lady just assumed I spoke Spanish and counted the items in Spanish without even asking if I did.
