I was very disappointed in the Full custom sheet cake that we had ordered on line for my mother's 80th Birthday. I was not happy that I had to do this online and could not speak with someone in the bakery to order this cake. When I arrived they could not find the order and took a few minutes to find it. When I got the cake to the car and my family looked it over we were very disappointed in how this was decorated. At this point we did not have time to take it back into the store/bakery and complain because we needed to get the back home and ready for the party. We actually had a bakery shop fix this for us and try to make it more presentable for the party. When we finally got the cake to the party and cut into it and tasted it, it was very dry and not a good moist cake we were hoping for.
I LOVE YOU KENSIE! she was amazing I was stressed about the cake order and she made it happen truly a blessing def recommend 28th st Bakery thank youuu!
The cupcakes we ordered were so good and were great price!
