Sam's Club Bakery

My mother ordered a whipped cake on my behalf and when we got the order the piping on top of the cake and around the bottom was buttercream. We were confused, so my mother called the bakery to ask why there was buttercream icing on the whipped cake she ordered. The woman that answered the phone was very rude and had a nasty attitude with her, and hung up on her twice. Then I called the bakery to speak to a manager and was redirected to the same person with the nasty attitude. She kept cutting me off, saying “what question about your cake did she not answer” and just sounded very aggressive when we were simply trying to make sense of what was happening with the cake. I literally just needed to have the person name written on the cake to look nice and when I went to pick it up it's not level and as it goes to end got smaller .. last year I got a cake there and the wording was beautiful this .. horrible-
