Customer Reviews
The employees are very incompetent and even want to fight with customers for waiting over 30 minutes to help them carry a water-based ice pop they bought, not including all the waiting time and the multiple times we had to go to customer service to ask them to deliver the full 48-pack of water. And they still tell me they're going to cancel my membership for complaining about all the time wasted waiting, and they even recommend I go shop at Costco.
