A hidden gem in the heart of Connecticut. I'd like to introduce you to this excellent restaurant, which, with its variety of seafood dishes, impressed us from the moment we arrived. We loved everything, from the atmosphere to the service we received. Especially Michelle, who greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in, and made sure we had everything we needed. When I called to make the reservation, because we were a large group, she recognized me as soon as we arrived, smiled, and said, "Hey, you're the ones with the reservation, right?" and I said, "Yes, that's us!" and they seated us right away. Man. I'm a visiting Texan who isn't really that into seafood, but this was fantastic. I could've eaten two bowls of the lobster bisque. The stuffed sole was also fantastic. On top of that the service was great and the atmosphere and vibe were perfect and you could tell the other patrons were having a good time.

I feel so lucky that I was able to pop by and visit this seafood restaurant. They are absolutely one of the best I've been to, and I say this as someone who lives on the Florida coast where fresh seafood is the norm. They have The Best lobster roll I have EVER had anywhere in the entire nation or even the Northeast. Even better than by the water in Maine. The price is high, but fair for what you get. There's ZERO FILLER here. You get 100% fresh lobster claw meat, unlike other places that charge $25 for a couple pieces of shredded canned lobster and a bun full of lettuce. It's hard to find good seafood these days, but a friend recommended Sam to us. My dad loves fried shrimp, so our party of seven stopped by today. What a great experience! The staff was friendly, and the food was great and reasonably priced. We will be back!

The food was awesome. The waitress was amazing. She gave excellent recommendations. She was fun. The atmosphere was perfect and made the place fun. Can't wait to go again.
