Salvo's

Amazing sandwich shop in Ridgewood. The interior is stunning and the Italian sandwiches are in another level. Perfect for a late lunch and espresso. Can’t wait to check Salvo’s out for dinner. Best of luck yall

10/10! I’ve been so eager to go to Salvo’s and now I can’t wait to go back! The food was amazing, fresh, and creative. Atmosphere was great and cozy. Staff were lovely.

Love the food & the friendly atmosphere & service. We enjoyed (shown below) bean & escarole soup, prosciutto mozz artichoke sandwich (best crusty bread) and leek & potato soup.

Ate a sandwich from here in December, but was so incensed with my order that the mere sense memory of the sandwich I ate has filled me with hate and fear. I only got one photo, but I paid OVER 20$ for the smallest, lamest, most pitiful sandwich I’ve ever had. It was by no means inedible, but for the price I ate it for in relation to its size, taste, and satiation it gave — it’s simply unethical. I had to eat pizza roles after this to feel full. Nice vibe and decorations inside, but I cannot in good conscience recommend what I ate for the price. Avoid if you want food in any meaningful way.

Incredible food. Thoughtful staff. A beautiful space. Salvo pours love into everything he makes and this restaurant is the culmination of all that hard work. What a gift it will be to spend an afternoon at Salvo’s where life moves just a bit slower.
