I was there with a party of five for Christmas Eve. Had a wonderful time. It's a place where regulars frequent and it being my first time, I was instantly made to feel welcome. Everyone was so warm and friendly, and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the music too. Just a wonderful time was had by all. I will definitely be back!

We live around and we were curious about the food in this place. My husband ordered veal; It had more bread than the veal itself. I ordered steak; all i can say is to stay away that. The waiter got upset when we rejected the wine. We will never give business to this place again.

Love this place. Delicious Italian fare in upscale but friendly Brooklyn neighborhood just off Flatbush Ave. Meatballs and Caprese were perfect start to our meal, followed by delicious chicken, veal and pasta dishes. And the atmosphere was so pleasant. A family birthday was taking place and the staff were so friendly celebrating the young man's occasion. Plus the local musician played piano and accordion for the guests and took requests which was a wonderful addition to the experience.

The food is okay, in my opinion, I just didn't fancy the chicken parmesan, but others may enjoy it. The service is great, you may also speak Spanish if you aren't fluent with English because of the staff. The atmosphere doesn't disappoint, it is nicely decorated. If it is an event, you don't have to wait long, maybe for just dining there up to twenty minutes.

My sister passed away and it's been an awful time for my family. Literally everything felt like a challenge except when our funeral director Anthony from McManus suggested Salvi's for the Repast (luncheon) after my sister's funeral. Everything was very early so we were looking for a location that would allow us in at 11:00 a.m. Every other location we looked at was either insanely expensive or wouldn't open until 2:00 p.m. Clearly that wasn't an option for us. From the moment I walked into the restaurant to get prices, a menu, etc. Salvi's staff was compassionate, sympathetic, understanding & incredibly flexible.
