Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria

I was really hoping this time I would be surprised and it would be good but this was the worst I’ve experienced. The order was an hour and a half late. Showed up cold not to mention the pathetic looking boneless wings we received (photo attached). When calling the store was told there was no one to speak to about it and they couldn’t find that I even ordered. Put me on hold comes back only to say “oh yeah he was busy and we can’t give you your money back”. Will NEVER order from there again.

Tonight we decided to order the fish fry...ordering went smoothly as did the delivery. However, when opening the box we realized there was no French fries...which the menu clearly states that you get fries and then choice of coleslaw or Mac salad. So, I called them back to tell them there were no fries...the guy proceeded to tell me it doesn't come with fries..I said your menu said it does...then he proceeded to be condescending to me saying slowly it's a Fish fry...doesn't mean you get fries. Clearly I wasn't getting through to him as he talked down to me. So, I ended the call. Maybe they should look at their own menu bc they'd see that I was right instead of treating me like an idiot!! I didn't appreciate being talked to this way bc it was uncalled for and just plain rude!!!

We normally like Salvatore's. Last night was the first time we had such a bad pizza. If it wasn't such an odd night we would have taken it back. The crust seemed like it was a frozen one not the fresh made like we have gotten before. We also requested extra cheese and I feel like we got less than a normal amount. This was the first time we had been so disappointed with a dinner from there. Sad, we might not get another one for quite a while

I have ordered from the Salvatore for years and in the past year it's been terrible. I haven't ordered in a few months. I specifically ask three times per every phone call. Please cut my pizza pie cut they say yup it's pie cut I get home and it's not ! The pizza is cold and hard like cardboard definitely moving on from this location! Nine out of 10 times I can't get the pizza cut the way I want makes no sense to me
