Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria

We called to order a pizza and fried mushrooms. After placing the order we were informed they were out of mushrooms and decided to order onion rings instead. Your lovely employee decided to not only charge us for fried mushrooms when we ordered onion rings she hung up on us when we called back to complain because the onion rings are literally burnt.

They are providing pizza for my kids bday party at bounce hopper. I called to order an extra pizza as we have extra guests and the owner refused to deliver our extra pizza with the rest already coming unless I paid a full delivery charge. When I asked him about how this was fair since they are already driving there and delivering the other pizzas he still refused to drop this one off without a full delivery charge on top of all the money we’ve already spent on pizza. He eventually hung up on me while I was asking to cancel my order. I said I was going to post this Google review and he said go ahead I’m not going to be controlled by you and your threats. What happened to customer service and decent people?

Least consistent pizza place I've ever seen; some of the employees clearly ignore directions. Pizzas ordered with extra sauce that maybe had one spoonful on the whole thing. Subs ordered with extra sauce that are bone dry. Orders so obviously the wrong that it's hard to believe they aren't doing on purpose. Other times the food will be amazing.

Ordered from here on 4/17/24 at 7:30. Leaving on a family vacation next day at 6am. Just wanted a a quick pie to eat before packing and this is what I get. Cheese isn’t cooked. $35 for this is shocking.

I ordered a sheet pizza and asked for plates and was told I had to pay for plates. Wish they said that before I paid for the pizza. I find it crazy that i was able to go to a different location and get plates free but the place I spent money wanted to charge me unbelievable.
