Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria

This is the absolute best Salvatore’s pizza I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. It was fresh and tasty. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch and a medium cheese and both were perfect. I love that this location delivers to our area of churchville.

The brand new pizza shop is beautiful! Welcome to Churchville we are glad to have you here. We ordered takeout pizza. It was well prepared and the counter service was efficient and courteous. I ordered on the website and the time for it to be ready defaults at 20 minutes. I waited an additional 30 minutes at the store. It was a Friday night and the store was rocking busy the whole time I was there. I don't think this is the fault of the local franchise operator so I did not downgrade my review as a result. I do however hope this will alert the Webmaster for a corrective action.

Ordered a pizza with barbeque and hot honey (weird combination I know but I've gotten it numerous times from the buffalo road location). They poured the entire bottle of hot honey on the pizza making it taste and smell off, called them asking for a remake or refund and got denied both options. The pizza is near inedible with the amount of hot honey that was added. Only adding a star because I have never had this issue with other Salvatores. Will stick to Crosbys/Pontillos. (Also don't offer me a coupon that I used to get the pizza that I just bought instead of a remake, just awful customer service)

Ordered pizza and wings online. Had to wait 10 extra minutes because they weren’t done, which I wouldn’t have a problem with except there was no one there. It was dead. There were 5 people “working” but everyone was just hanging out watching the football game on the tv. Too many young kids running this place with no work ethic. The wings were slightly undercooked and drenched in sauce so they were soggy. I gave this Salvatore’s 3 stars because the pizza was the only decent thing we had.

We placed our first order, of wings and pizza from Churchville today and it was delicious!! We had it delivered to Hidden Meadows. All was great! Thank you
