Salty Mary's Oyster Bar and Tavern

Had such a great experience at Salty Mary’s. The portions were generous and fresh to order. The fried calamari was tender and the shishito peppers were very crisp and light. The wedge salad was definitely something two people can enjoy. Will be going back soon to check out the happy hour specials!

We sought out a great place to enjoy oysters and were so pleased by our time at Salty Mary’s!! Our server Brandy made all the difference and was so lovely. Boyfriend very much enjoyed the clam chowder and the options for oysters. We went for a birthday and our server brought us free cake which was so kind. Though I’m a vegan, I enjoyed plain noodles and was appreciative of plenty of other options for those who don’t like seafood. Great spot!! Very cute inside and a cozy spot!!

Food and service are top notch . Casual oyster themed decor . Spacious . Plenty of seafood options . Everything I had was delicious . Oysters nicely chilled . My only "suggestion" is have a different kind of music and lower volume . Loud rock and roll music which doesn't sound like an upscale restaurant

Was excited to try this place, I actually thought it was brand new, but it's apparently been open for three years, which makes the problems even more... problematic. Everyone there is very friendly, I will say that, and I like friendly people. Almost everything else was problematic, and this was epitomized by the large chunks of potato in my mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes should not be a problem, but here they were. I pointed this out to the waitress (who was great), and she offered to replace them, but I refused as I was already halfway done when I discovered the chunks. Big chunks. These chunks wouldn't have been a problem had the rest of the meal been good, but it wasn't, and if you're charging fifty bucks for a steak it better be a solid steak. It's beautiful day to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere, good vibes and delicious food. My server Heather was wonderful and helpful and so was the door greeter. My first time experiencing raw oysters and let me tell you they did not disappoint. I will definitely be back. Keep up the wonderful service and awesome food. Chef's kiss!
