Go sample the strange flavors and get a scoop (or two) of what you love! $6.95 for a single scoop seems steep but this place has very unique flavors and high quality ice cream. The employees were happy to let me try the seasonal flavors before I finally decided on Chocolate Gooey Brownie (my all time favorite). They really cram brownies into this ice cream, so each bite is brownie-filled. Perfect for chocolate-lovers. The line can get backed up with large groups of people wanting to sample, but it’s worth the wait. A friend of mine tried the “Ice Cream Taco” and was underwhelmed at the size but pleasantly surprised by the flavor and accompanying sauces. Another option is to split a scoop into two different flavors which is awesome and only an additional $0.50. Really fun stop in Little Ita
Delicious. Just found my new favorite ice cream flavor, Strawberry Honey Balsamic with Black Pepper. Sounds interesting, however it pleased my palate beyond compare. I also split my scoop and got honey lavender, another successful choice. The line was a little long but it went fast and was worth it. The sample spoons were metal and reusable which I liked. Highly recommend to all.
Even with a huge line wrapping outside, and knowing we could have opted for an authentic Italian gelato somewhere else, Salt & Straw proved once again why people happily wait. They stuck to their quality and absolutely delivered on taste. We ordered the Salted, Malted, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, packed with rich cookie dough chunks and caramel drizzle, and the Snickerdoodle, with its unmistakable snickery, nutty flavor. They were served on a crusted cone, thank God, because these were two massive ice cream chunks stacked high. Together, the flavors paired perfectly, especially with the playful topping of rainbow sprinkles and chocolate chips. Every scoop was super creamy, smooth, and insanely delicious. But what truly made the experience special was the service. Despite the long line,
I had an amazing experience here today. Kevin was incredible. He was warm, generous, and knew the menu like the back of his hand. He walked us through every flavor and turned this experience into our own little tasting adventure. So THANK YOU KEVIN for giving me such an AMAZING experience. I will definitely be returning!
How is this ice cream SO GOOD?!?!?!! Hands down best ice cream I’ve had. Flavours are unique but have to say coffee with nuts is my favorite along with honey lavender and vanilla caramel ribbons. Must try!
