I went today with my family and I just wanted to say how amazing the older lady over the counter was. She went above and beyond for my family. My son has a peanut allergy and she took the time to open new ice cream and use different scoops for him. I'm not sure if this is a thing they do here since it's our first time but she did that for us and I'm just truly blessed and so thankful. You don't know how much it means to me. We got a flight of ice cream and not having to worry if there was nut in it was amazing. We got honey lavender, chocolate gooey brownie, apple cider donuts, and goat cheese marjonberry habanero. All the flavor of ice cream was really good and so unique. It was nice and creamy and so full of flavor. Definitely recommend. Also for the price of the flight it was such a ste

Salt & Straw is a pleasant change of the typical chains that are in marketplaces. The ice cream is absolutely delicious. The offering is the main attraction, mixing unlikely ingredients to create unique flavors, including seasonal ones! I ordered the goat cheese marionberry habanero flavor, which far exceeded my expectations. I'm not a waffle cone lover and the cone was very dense and sweet. It was lots of ice cream for the price. I would come back here just to try the other flavors!

The craft made ice cream at salt & straw is absolutely delicious, and the experience was made even better by Mike. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely friendly, taking the time to walk me through the flavors and make great recommendations. The honey lavender flavor completely stole the show. It is refreshing, perfectly balanced, and full of flavor in the best way. For a first visit, I could not have asked for a better introduction to this place. Amazing ice cream and even better service.

Line too long? There’s a separate line to pick up a pint of your favorite flavor! Ample parking nearby, restrooms located at the back, benches and tables for seating. A beloved brand as a great addition to the expanding Tuscan area!

I came the second day after opening and they were packed. The line was long but moving quickly and the staff stayed helpful and friendly. They have a lot of cool unique flavors to choose from. I ended up with the salted cookie doe on a waffle cone and it was AMAZING!! Cant wait to come back and try more flavors😊
