Loved the atmosphere here! The shop was clean, cozy, and had a really welcoming vibe. The staff were incredibly patient and friendly, and they were happy to let us sample flavors before deciding. The Pear & Blue Cheese flavor was surprisingly delicious — unique, well-balanced, and not overpowering at all. Definitely one of the most interesting and tasty ice cream flavors I’ve tried. Will absolutely be back!

Very cozy and cool shop to try unique flavors of ice cream and more.. They are very generous and encourage you to taste and try their flavors and specials… Good People and Delicious ice-cream.. Tried their Mango special and it was goooooood…. Super convenient location in Downtown Redmond and very accessible… They also have locations in Seattle as well… Recommended for ice cream lovers….

Exciting this oregon brand is now in Redmond! Cute store is clean and friendly. The flavors are all very unique but on the sweet side for me. The scoops were smaller than I remember them but could have just been the server this time. Lots of cute merch to purchase! What a great location near the light rail station! Good outdoor seating area!

I’m absolutely in love with Salt & Straw’s Redmond location. I’ve been a long-time fan of the brand—especially their signature Honey Lavender flavor—but this location made me fall in love all over again. The store experience was amazing: warm, welcoming, and elevated by friendly staff and a thoughtful setup. Unlike many other Salt & Straw locations, this one actually offers outdoor seating—bright red benches right outside the building, perfect for enjoying your scoop on a sunny day. Inside, they also had fun merch, cookbooks, ice cream scoops, finishing salts, and a great selection of pints to take home. What made this visit truly memorable was the incredible service. They have some unusual flavors and they taste pretty good. I am happy to have this ice cream store in the neighborhood.
