Saldivia's South American Grill

This was a pretty decent restaurant with good service. The cut of meat was not what I was expecting. Although the Steak was cooked to the right temperatur. However, it was a little tough. The Vegetables were very good and the Bread was excellent. The Appetizer was perfectly portioned.

I came to Salvidia’s for the 1st time today. I loved it. Nicole and the staff were the best. The were the most welcoming and attentive. She suggested a Wine and Salmon meal that I enjoyed. The chimichurri and the caprese was so fresh, it felt like it was straight out of a garden in the back. The atmosphere was cozy and warm with the dim lights and decor. I will be back very soon and highly suggest it 🇺🇾

I went with the platter that included flank steak, beef short rib, sausage, and chicken. Each item was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. Every bite was delicious and truly satisfying.

Having lived in Argentina for 10 + years I can say having a Uruguayan chivito here in Houston that tastes exactly like the ones you eat in Colonia or Montevideo is like a warm hug from a place you miss so dearly. The bread is fabulous, meat perfection and fries amazing. Staff is lovely and service is tops! The milanesa and spinach ravioli were also hits with my kids! The chorizo is very good and not greasy at all. Will for sure be back!

It has a very pleasant atmosphere. The service is excellent, the ambiance is nice, and the food is delicious. It's very clean and organized. It has a really cool decor. It's suitable for various times of the day.
