Sala Thai

Sala Thai has been a favorite of ours since 2013, and they’ve never missed. My go-to orders — the basil fried rice and the pad thai — are consistently fantastic, but their salmon dish just became my new favorite in the entire city. The food is always incredible, and the service is warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming every single time. The owner and staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about every guest’s experience. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both exceptional food and exceptional heart —consistently — Sala Thai does both.

The atmosphere here is excellent, with very calm with cozy decor. The staff are also super nice and friendly. And the food is delicious. There are many options for vegans/vegetarians and non-veg alike. Highly recommended.

Always an excellent experience here at THE best Thai place in OKC. The pad thai is so flavorful and the drunken noodles are perfect every time. We als had the delicious friend spring rolls but gobbled them up too fast to get a pic!

Sala Thai is an awesome restaurant! I love the design and atmosphere of the dining area. Everything I've tried has been delicious- pad se ew, chicken ma ma, crab meat fried rice, the fried dumplings!! As other reviews have noted the service can be slightly slow since there aren't many staff members. However, the quality of the service is unmatched! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone! There's something for everyone and the dining experience is always delightful. (Also there are plenty of options for all kinds of dietary requirements)

Having worked in a "mom and pop" Thai restaurant as a sous chef, my expectations of this place was high. Unfortunately, it was dashed. The Pad-See-Ew had some flavor, but was not caramalized enough. The fried rice, while a lot, was tremendously lacking in ingredients. The lunch special - the curry had a good flavor, but the Pad Thai was plain noodles and was bland, to say the least. The waitress was not very pleasant and was rushing us to order. The fried egg rolls were okay. Overall, I would NOT recommend this place at all.
