My family has been coming to this establishment for many years. The owner and her staff are lovely every time. The temperature is adjusted accordingly to the weather conditions outside. The portions are always good. The food is well made every time.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service I received. After ordering online, I discovered my noodles were missing when I got home. I contacted them, and they offered a credit for a future purchase. However, I wanted the noodles I had ordered, so I returned to the restaurant to pick them up. I inquired about compensation for the inconvenience of having to drive back, but the manager stated that he could not offer anything for free, despite acknowledging that the mistake was on their end. This reflects a severe lack of understanding of their error and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

Popped in for a late snack after missing lunch .,it was about 4:30, so too late for the lunch menu. I opted for a roll and my daughter grabbed an appetizer. The place was cold because it was 35 degrees out and I had to put my winter coat back on. Our bill came up to 28 bucks. The owner/ front desk person rudely asked us if we wanted to keep the leftover change and remarked that gratuity is not included on the ticket cost. She told us that we should order take out next time. I’ve never been treated so rudely after paying for my food and Yeah I’m not paying more than 30 bucks for an appetizer. You can’t even afford to heat the place properly. The table is set with chop sticks. We tried to eat with them but finally admitted defeat and asked for a fork. Everyone enjoyed their food. It was tasty and well prepared. We ordered from the lunch menu - Teriyaki Chicken bowl, Kitchen Hibachi with beef and kid size Hibatchi with shrimp. Serving size was just right for me. The kid portion looked same as adult portion. Not much difference in price either. Restaurant was clean. Service was prompt and friendly. I enjoyed eating here.

We order from Sakura EVERY Friday for sushi night! My husband loves the beef teriyaki. We come for the amazing food and the wonderful service. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
