Sakura Hibachi Express

First time and did it as take out. Done very quickly. Sadly we were not given our soups that came with our meal. When they tie the plastic bag it makes it very difficult to make sure you were given everything. The large portion that everyone speaks of is the fried rice. The meat and vegetables portions are very average/price appropriate. For me in the future I’ll order an extra vegetable, for the price I don’t mind. We got the chicken and steak and both were good. Loved the yum yum sauce but I should have bought a second given all the rice (good problem to have). House salad has a decent ginger dressing. Very affordable and will order here again. Would love to see a filet mignon option added to the menu.

Review for Sakura Hibachi Express I had a very uncomfortable experience here. I simply asked if I could see or taste the rice before ordering, since I’m very picky about fried rice and like to know what I’m buying. Instead of a normal explanation or polite refusal, the staff reacted very defensively and panicked, repeatedly saying “no” as if I were doing something wrong. The interaction felt sketchy and unprofessional. No effort was made to communicate calmly or provide basic customer service. The staff had poor communication skills and showed no interest in helping or reassuring a customer. If you value good customer service or clear communication, this place may not be for you.

I grabbed food from here today to go and it was excellent. I got 2 hibachi meals. Chicken and Steak and Steak and shrimp. I also added 2 salads and crab Rangoon. First that sauce for the Rangoon is excellent. It’s a pineapple cream cheese! Yum! The hibachi was enough for 2 meals. It was great and their ginger sauce was excellent. My son devoured the yum yum sauce. I’m so glad they opened! Definitely will be stopping by often!

Delicious food and good value. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The order kiosk is very handy and quick. Restaurant was clean and nice looking.

Ordered steak and chicken hibachi and spring rolls everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Pretty good portions too. Had enough for two meals.
