Sake Sushi

Hands down probably the best. All you can eat sushi experience I've ever had. The rice to fish ratio on the nigiri was perfect in my opinion, I thought all the fish was really nice quality. Some of the soft fishes were a little oversauce for me but still good. The roll also had a great race ratio and was delicious, really like the takoyaki. All the sashimi came served on ice which was nice if you had a few things to eat at once

I came in STARVING after fasting all day… and left already planning what I’m ordering next time. And if you know me, that’s my sign a place is legit. 😅👏 First impression? Spotless. Not “eh, it looks clean” clean. Like… actually clean. Tables. Floors. Plates. Everything. And as someone who works in healthcare, that instantly won me over. 🤍 Now let’s get to the good part… the FOOD. 😋👇 Every single dish tasted freshly made. Hot food = HOT. Sushi = cool, delicate, perfect, pretty Nothing tasted like it had been sitting around waiting for me. And the plating?? Thoughtful. Intentional. Good enough for pics… tasty enough to forget your phone for a second. 📸➡️🍽️😂 Service was just as good. Friendly. Attentive. Refills on point. Plates cleared. Never rushed. You feel taken care of here. Period.

(Pronounced = Sah-kay, not sake like God's sake. Lol) This is a RED ALERT to everyone in the WESTPARK community. I'm talking about Blue Oaks near WP High, all the Fiddyment folks, Solaire folks, Woodcreek folks, and even everyone in Antelope! Sake's fish quality is FANTASTIC!!! And the best part about it is - you drive by this restaurant everyday, sometimes several times a day - and you never would have assumed such greatness was right there. Right there!! Finger pointing: Next to Starbread y'all. Let me introduce myself. I like to think of myself as a Sashimi elite. Not a snob because snobs are ignorant and narrow minded. A sashimi elite is someone who is so particular and so picky, that they have a hard time finding sushi restaurants to be able to eat at. Not to brag, but I have eaten

Visited here on 2/14/2026 where there were lines out the door. They only had 3 chefs and 3 waiters, definitely not enough for the customers. We waited 2.5 hours for our food but the chefs supposedly lost our order twice. We paid for a sushi buffet but all we got were deep friend appetizers and we NEVER received actual sushi in the entire 2.5 hours after sitting. As a former sushi waiter myself, I understand how busy it can get, but a message to the actual manager/owner of this place: you need to do a better job managing. Your chefs were absolutely useless, slow, and incompetent. You need to either hire more waiters or get better time management skills to accommodate all of the customers you have because waiting 2.5 hours at a sushi restaurant and not even receiving any sushi related items

We have eat here two times both during dinner and we did the AYCE, The Rolls were all great. We ordered a few appetizers and a roll a piece each time the server would come around, the Rolls would come out quicker then some of the appetizers ordered, but it was not a significantly long time. Edamame, Katsu Chicken, Wings, Fries, Gyozas, Vegetable Tempura, BBQ Short Ribs, Fried Rice, and Chow Mein, all great appetizers to compliment the Rolls you can order.
