The 5-star Google reviews are outdated and misleading. Sadly, this place has gone significantly downhill over the past year. The food is overpriced for the quality & quantity served. We have dined in and carried out. The food & service are just not worth the price per person. The customer service is not great. The lady at the front counter is not warm & inviting. There are much better restaurants in Springfield. Save your money!

Went with my sister and our kids to get dinner. Had a total of 9 people. We were told to sit down while they got everything ready. She then said how many adult meals. We said 4 adults. Was told in order to sit at the grill we would have to order 6 adult meals and 3 kids meals. Said we would be getting our kids each their own sides of fried rice they don’t eat meat. Was told sorry but that’s what would be needed. We didn’t ask for our own hibachi station or anything just asked to be seated at hibachi for the kids since it’s same price. There was literally no wait only 1 of the tables was full and maybe 4 other people in the seated section. I could understand if they were busy but they weren’t. They just didn’t want to use the seats at Hibachi for kids. Never had such a weird rude experience

Definitely worth the money! Sushi always fresh and delightful. I favor the Yummy Yummy Roll with some extra Yummy sauce and a chicken bowl. Just recently found this place and already can't get enough. This place will leave you full and craving for more!

Great food. Wonderful service. Definitely grab a Sapporo while you're here and get literally anything off the hibachi with a side of Sriracha. you won't be disappointed.

Sake is not a family friendly restaurant and turned down a large party today due to the number of kids. We were told we had to guarantee a minimum of adult meals to eat there. This restaurant oozes age discrimination and if you are a family with young kids id avoid
