Sake Lounge on Strang Line Rd in Overland Park was such a great find. I had the udon noodles with beef and the fried dumplings (gyoza), and everything was absolutely delicious. The noodles were flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the gyoza were crispy on the outside and tender inside. I also had the plum sake, which paired beautifully with the meal. The atmosphere is relaxed but stylish—perfect for a date night or a laid-back evening out. Great food, great drinks, and a really nice vibe overall. I’ll definitely be back.

Went here with a customer and had a very impressive array of sushi with the most beautifully done presentation possible! So amazing and it’s one of my favorite unexpected gems in Olathe.

I've been dining at Sake Lounge for 2 decades. The food and atmosphere has always been suitable. Fully understanding that today's world is much different than it was when I first started being a patron of Sake, I have to admit that even taking all of that into consideration I was seriously disappointed, even irritated by my experience tonight. First, I know that costs have gone up. That's why I am more than happy to pay $61.26 ($65 flat after tip for carry out) for good food. However, what I'm NOT willing to pay that kind of money for is a total rip off. +$2 for low mein instead of rice? No problem. Figured like most places it would be a reasonable portion to go with the meal, the standard 16 ounce pint box. Nope. Dart 8SJ20 8oz. container. Pitiful. Disappointing for sure but, not the end

We visited with a group (14 people) on Christmas Eve. The service and food were both excellent. Highly recommend. Call for a reservation if you have a group. Parking is plentiful and close to the front door- which was good for a member of our party with mobility issues.
