Sake Asian Fusion

We enjoyed a Valentine's Day lunch at this fine establishment. The atmosphere was great, our server was friendly and helpful, the food was outstanding, and we never felt pressured or rushed to make our selections or leave after we paid our bill. Once inside, it was hard to believe the restaurant was part of a strip mall; it was cozy and comfortable, very welcoming. I had a fantastic salmon hibachi that was different than other hibachi dishes I'd had before, but still amazingly tasty - more so knowing ingredients I'm allergic to were omitted. My husband enjoyed his General Tso's chicken and the Girl on Fire roll. He said he thought the roll would be much spicier than he was, based on the description (he loves spicy food), but found it delicious nonetheless. Dessert was unique and tasty,

I hadn't seen my sister-in-law for three decades. I invited her out for lunch in Jacksonville, NC. We went to this Sake Asian Fusion for lunch because I wanted to eat some sushi. The restaurant's atmosphere was nice and clean. The food was good and the service was great. We had a great time.

We went in and Victor was our server!! He was so amazing and had such good vibes! I would recommend coming to this place!! Good food! And good service!! We will be coming back again!

Definitely one of the best (perhaps #1) sushi restaurants in Jacksonville. We ate here for our anniversary on Valentines day and although busy they did a great job . We ordered the tuna tatare appetizer, western Blvd roll , Easter roll, spicy tuna and spicy salmon rolls. All were expertly prepared and generous portions. The ratio of protein to rice is notably high. Which to me is a sign of higher quality sushi. Easter roll had great spicy flavor, Western Blvd roll was bright and delicate. The spicy rolls were great. The tuna tartare had satisfying flavors.

This used to be my favorite place to get sushi, until this hair got pulled out of my sushi. I order to go plenty and didn't have issues until today. Called to ask the manager if they could just refund my order as I do not live close by to pick up a remade order. To which she said no. Very unfortunate as I was a frequent customer.
