Saigon Noodle and Bistro (Goat Hot Pot - Lẩu Dê)

Wonderful experience, very traditional and authentic flavors. Bun bo Hue was the best I’ve had outside my own kitchen. Wonderful broth with all the little bits of lemongrass floating in there, protein was plentiful including the beef tendon which was fork tender. Bi cuon nho and cha gio nho appetizers were delicious, the former with pork skin are hard to find. Pho was great, too. Ca phe trung is another hard to find beverage and was delicious. Spent 20 minutes chatting with the server about Vietnamese cuisine and travel. Got some great recommendations for banh mi baguettes and banh cuon in Orlando as well. Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Will be back again for sure.

I ordered from Saigon Noodle and Bistro through DoorDash for the first time, and overall it was a really good experience. I tried their 1-Protein Pho Bowl with chicken, and the broth was flavorful, comforting, and arrived still hot. The chicken was tender and the portion size was generous definitely one of the better pho bowls I’ve had delivered. I also ordered two orders of Steamed Dumplings (5 pcs each) since they had a buy-one-get-one-free deal. The dumplings were soft, well-seasoned, and super satisfying. A great value for the price. The only downside is that they forgot my Diet Coke, which was a little disappointing, but the food itself definitely made up for it. This restaurant is very tasty. The flavors of the dish are very authentic. I ordered a beef stir fry dish I am unsure of the exact name but it was good. The service was very friendly the wait staff always made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was nice the booths are not separated that much so you can see/hear people more than you would like lol but it doesn’t take away from the dining experience too much. Will be coming back here to try the noodles.

The food here was so good! I was craving something hearty and got the Bún bò Huế and it was so rich and flavorful. My boyfriend got the Saigon Pho and the portions were very generous and the broth was fresh. Can’t wait to come back and try other menu items!

Best meal I had in Orlando in a week. It’s pricey but not something you can find in any viet restaurant. Staff are enthusiastic about their food so you know it’s good.
