Saigon Delights (Seafood - Pho - Banh Mi)

We ordered the combination broken rice dish, pork & shrimp egg roll and spring roll, BBQ pork banh mi, combination rice vermicelli, and bun bo hue. The bun bo hue had a thick layer of oil floating on top of the soup, which made me a bit hesitant to drink it. The egg roll and spring roll didn’t leave a strong impression—they were just average. The BBQ pork banh mi had good bread, but the price was higher compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. My child really liked the BBQ pork. The environment was bright and clean, and the restroom was also clean. 3% discount if you pay cash.

First time here had a sandwich and some Phō with a Boba milk tea... Phō was good size had it with the beef, tasted great and the bahn mi teriyaki sandwich was awesome full of flavor. Staff was friendly and worked quickly. I'll definitely be going back for some more.

I got the Bun Bo Hue and Pork Banh Mi. Mind you, we just came back from Vietnam. This place just blew my mind. The soup was super flavorful, came with banana blossoms (super authentic). Banh mi size was huge and the crispy pork was perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend. This might be Redland’s newest hidden gem

Wasn't sure what I was going to get but the seafood is pretty amazing here for a very reasonable price. Got the shrimp with rice. Was surprised at how low the price was and the quality was very good. Staff was very friendly. They're doing some work on the place building a bathroom so not sure what the decor is really like. Plenty of parking up front.

This pho was one of the best phos I’ve ever had. The broth alone was so rich and had so much depth in flavor. You get so much value for how much you get in a meal. Staff is so welcoming and attentive. The LED lights were a little too bright for me but I can say this will be my go to neighborhood spot!
