Saigon Bistro

This is my new pho / bánh mì spot since I can just walk to it 😂 but the pho is very good regardless ! My mom got the orange chicken and garlic noodles they were bomb! I went again and got the wonton soup. The only thing I would suggest is asking what is in it. I was pleasantly surprised to get fishballs, imitation crab, and shrimp but it didn’t say on the menu and some people don’t like seafood. I do though. The drinks are also very delicious. We had green Thai tea and lychee tea. Also shoutout to the waiters, they are super friendly.

Good food at reasonable prices. Spring roll and shaken beef with egg and rice was excellent. Spicy pho was double ribs was average.

Delicious pho; clear clean broth, tender brisket & steak; authentic fresh spring rolls. They are still ramping up as they just opened, but this place is a winner!!

They ran out of a lot of stuff, one of the workers told me I couldn’t order a 2nd dish and said “one order per person” but another told me it was perfectly fine to order a second time when asking how we liked the food. The pho has a lot of msg.

Dine in tonight and was served by 2 friendly employees and the food is fire, broken rice dish is what ive been looing for , would also recommend their Bun Bo Hue
