5/5.. It makes no sense why I haven't reviewed yet for as many times as I've ordered here. Had to go into my archives. I've ordered take-out and dine-in, both great dining experiences. I must say that they recently raised their prices on my fave, the Banh Mi, a little bummed about that. So far, I've ordered the chicken and pork Banh Mi, Vietnamese style chicken wings, spring rolls, rice platter combo, etc. All were very flavorful, fresh, and healthy eats. Conveniently located. Staff are friendly and the place is simple but clean. What I like is the consistency in flavor, plating, and service. I definitely recommend it. Great job, management! Thumbs up! 👍🏾

My husband and I came to dine for a last minute Sunday night dinner, and we will now be regulars here! The food tasted great, the waitress and Marty were very friendly, and given that I cannot eat soy they were very accommodating. As the fried rice is made fresh, they could make it without soy, and same for the beef. And also the Pho that my husband had is soy free and made with amazing rice noodles. Highly recommend stopping by for anyone in the area looking for a tasty bite. (They even gave a sample of the jasmine green milk tea. Cozy welcoming vibe from the staff!)

This is ALL of the meat served with the Pho House Specialty with Beef & Brisket. One single bite. Absolutely unacceptable. Additionally, the meat is delivered IN the broth, so it is ensured to be completely overcooked and dry by the time it arrives.

We have been here a few times and every time it's been disappointing. The portions are small given the price. 2 banh mi's was close to $30! Got the cold cuts and not one piece of cha lua in it. Just layers upon layers of the other red salami-like meat. Pate is too gritty and no sriracha on the side either. Very disappointing. The peppered calamari has no salt or pepper. Just plain calamari with sweet and sour sauce on the side. This place has great potential. The dishes we've had are just "kinda ok". It's mostly authentic, but it's just missing a depth of flavor and freshness other Viet places or home cooked Vietnamese food has. Don't think we'll be back, unfortunately. The staff is very nice and the inside is cute, but there are other Viet places serving better food. We wanted to like it

This place was such an incredible find. Easy street parking is a definite plus. Service was spot on, even as a large group. Everything we had was amazing, especially the spicy lemongrass soup. It was so good, we got one to go! The flan was the best we have ever had as well. Great prices, great value, and overall a great experience. Will definitely be back the next time we head to JC!
