Saigon Bistro

I love Saigon Bistro!!! Its one of my favorite restaurants. We went for an early Valentine's Day lunch!!! Our server was as always on top of my questions about their vegan options. My tofu stir fry was on point!!!! Jerry got shrimp stir fry he said it was delicious. We have been here 5 or 6 times and I always say Next time I'll get some soup!!! It always looks so good.

Pho was on point. My only complaint is no tripe, but I won’t hold that against them. Friendly service, they were a little packed so it was slightly slow but still will go back. No complaints with the food at all.

We’ve been coming here as a family for years, and even with the change in ownership this year, the food and service remain outstanding! The staff is always welcoming and attentive, and the quality has never slipped. Our favorites are the Hong Kong Chicken (crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned) and the Black Pepper Stir Fry — a must-try if you love a bold, savory kick. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is casual and family-friendly. It’s wonderful to have a spot where we can enjoy a relaxed meal together, knowing we’ll get great service every time. Highly recommend!

This place was good and we actually got take out a second time while in the area. I went while my son and I were wearing authentic clothes from Vietnam that my sister got us when she was visiting her friends there! I was so excited to show the outfits to someone that would know what they are- and I even asked the cashier if she knew what they were and she very unenthusiastically said yes. I guess I was hoping for a different reaction anyhow… The Pho and other food is just okay but the Spring Rolls are AMAZING! Highly recommend!

The soup was excellent, very delicious and definitely worth it. I just wish the fried rice had been cooked a bit longer and was crispier, though it was still tasty.
