Saigon Bistro

One of the most authentic Vietnamese restaurants I’ve ever been to! They have such an extensive and diverse menu that goes far beyond the typical phos and bahn mis. We got a salad, pho, and a rice bowls. The salad was so fresh and the pickled pig ear was tangy and crunchy, the pho was amazing, and the bbq meat was super flavorful and tender!! Such a satisfying and unique meal.

When I go to Denver to see family Saigon bistro is a staple stop. Noodle bowl and eggroll is my go to! And save room for their flan, it's out of this world.

Food is pretty good here, but it is on the expensive side of things. I usually have the combination noodle bowl and it is always good. Place is kinda busy during lunch hour so plan accordingly.

AMAZING Vietnamese dishes, some that you only find in Vietnam! Flavour was spot on, and service with a smile. Recommended great gluten-free dishes & options.
