I tried the Shaking Beef and Chicken Fried rice and all three dishes were amazing. The menu offers a great variety of authentic Vietnamese options, and everything tasted fresh and well-balanced. The shaking beef was juicy and flavorful, the chicken fried rice were aromatic and satisfying. The prices felt very reasonable for the portion sizes, and the wait time was short even during a busy hour. The space was clean with a comfortable atmosphere that’s perfect for hanging out or grabbing a meal near campus. Love the experience.

we ordered the spicy noodle soup and honestly it tastes far better we expected. The photo may look like it's a lot of chili oil but actually the spice level is there but not too aggressive, so I was able to tolerate that. I think the portion side was huge and generous toppings, with pork cake and beef, so the price was a good deal. Staff was friendly and quick to get our order.

I like the variety of food here; they have enough options for my vegetarian friends who do not eat pork. I ordered a beef pho and the taste is pretty authentic with the herbs on the side, it is not too overwhelmed by the smell of coriander seeds like how it usually is in other place. They have big tables to accommodate for our large group so I would recommend it for big group or family gatherings

Wow — everything was so good! 😍 We didn’t even have to wait to be seated, and our appetizers came out in under three minutes — hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. We started with the crab rangoon and fresh rolls, and that peanut sauce… unreal! 🥜🔥 For entrées, we tried the Pork Bún and the Spicy Beef & Pork Phở. Heads up — at some places the crispy roll is included with the bún, but here you order it separately. Totally worth it either way! The phở broth had incredible depth — rich, flavorful, and downright addictive. We even took the remaining broth to go! 🍜💚 Friendly service, fast kitchen, and amazing food — Saigon Bay is definitely a gem in Temple Terrace!

I ordered the grilled pork garlic noodle and grilled pork sandwich from the menu, and everything exceeded my expectations. The grilled pork was perfectly marinated and juicy, and the garlic noodles were incredibly fragrant and flavorful without being too heavy. The restaurant was clean, cozy, and the staff were friendly with quick service. Highly recommend Saigon Bay for any Vietnamese food lover!
