My first visit here! So amazing! The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. Our server Ganesh helped my friend and I pick out food so we got the most bang for our buck 😉. We both got an entree and we at Ganesh's suggestion ordered Dal Bukhara, Amritsari Kulcha and yogurt. We had SO MUCH food! We had to pack leftovers. I had mango lassi to drink and I probably honestly needed to ask Ganesh's help to roll me out of the door and to my car. Come hungry and you will not be disappointed! (PS the photo of the cauliflower 65 is half eaten because we totally dived in before we thought to take pictures)🤦😜
Saffron Indian Café is a nice spot, especially in a town where it’s hard to find many Indian restaurants. It’s great to have this option when you’re craving Indian food. I went there twice last week, and the experience was pleasant both times. The food was decent and satisfying. One thing that really stood out was the chef - he was very sweet, came to each table, asked how the food was, and took time to talk with customers. That personal touch made the experience feel warm and welcoming. The prices are a little high for me, but overall, a good place to visit when you’re looking for Indian food in the area.
We had such a lovely experience here for Valentine’s Day this year. It was our first time dining at Saffron and we will definitely be back. This place has such a cozy vibe and delicious, flavorful dishes! I loooooved the smoked salmon curry.
I came with my friend for the first time. We had the GSR Butter Chicken (Crazy Hot) and the Shrimp Curry with Crab Cake (Mild). We were floored by the food. Highly recommend any item off of the Chef’s Signature menu. Karthik was so friendly and funny. Chef Firoz is very skilled. It felt like I was eating a home cooked meal. Very authentic and delicious. Take your family and friends!
I had never been to this establishment before, but I was eager to come and try it out. Since I wasn’t sure what to order, my server kindly took the initiative and prepared a platter with a variety of their different entrées for me to sample. WOW it was absolutely amazing! Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. I truly loved the food and appreciated the excellent service. I wouldn’t recommend you listen to the negative comments this place rocks.
