Sad Donkey Coffee

With an incoming chain coffee in Williston, and with the realization that I haven't yet reviewed this place yet, I wanted to give a glowing review here. I am not a coffee fanatic, but every time I've come in, the drinks have tasted very good. The pastries are well-selected. They have a good "random" option on their board, which is still slightly intentionally picked (so you aren't getting something you won't drink) that is fun for someone like me. Keeping in mind that I don't know coffee well... It feels like it has depth to it. And the energy from the caffeine doesn't feel as fake as some other caffeine sources. Which may or may not be true, but I really enjoy that aspect of coming here. The business is cute, and has indoor and outdoor waiting (although the inside is definitely small).

Sad Donkey Coffee is a charming and inviting café that truly stands out for both its quality and atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, the space feels warm and welcoming, making it an ideal place to relax, work, or catch up with friends. The coffee is consistently excellent, made with care and attention to detail, whether you’re ordering a classic espresso, a smooth latte, or one of their specialty drinks. Each cup is flavorful and well-balanced, clearly crafted by people who care about what they serve.

Nice little spot in a container rental community on the edge of downtown Williston. Coffee was decent and so was the matcha. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was fantastic from start to finish! The atmosphere is adorable. The barista was excellent, she was very good with my children, even though we spilled a hot chocolate on the floor (which was my fault). The area is clean and well taken care of. The little houses are adorable and there’s seating outside if you wanna stay to have your coffee. I ordered a cookie butter and caramel macchiato, which was outstanding! And my children wanted to give the hot chocolate 10 stars but sadly, Google only gives five stars.
