I love this nutrition club and the whole team here! They have the best shakes and energizing teas. If you have any wellness goals you are trying to reach, everyone here will help you with that. Have y'all seen people posting the delicious shakes and teas from Sachse Nutrition?!?! Well, we had seen them and we HAD to try them for ourselves!!! And they are just as yummy as they look!! The shakes and teas can replace a meal or just take the place of a quick snack! They are offered in different sizes and can be purchased together as a combo, or by themselves as well! From a nutrition standpoint they work best together! The shakes give you all of your dietary needs and the teas give you energy and help you process the calories from the shakes....yes please!!! I had the salted caramel shake and the tigers blood tea....and I am HOOKED!!! They were both delicious AND filling AND low in sugar/carbs if you're into that sort of thing! Really good place for shakes! I got the red velvet shake and was really surprised by how good it is, can't believe it was only 250 calories! I would love to see more food items, but I will definitely be back next time I'm craving a shake!

Awesome great tasting shakes. The customer service is exceptional. Definitely recommend coming and trying all the shakes and teas. If you like good service and being treated like family this is the place to go.
