Fantastic for a quick bite in between activities! I tried their Honey chicken Buns and Minsou Katsu and both were flavorful and fresh. Super friendly service that was helping others with questions and menu substitutes even when busy! Great spot

Amazing Experience at Sabu Japanese Ramen + Street Food! I had a fantastic time at Sabu! The flavors were excellent and perfectly balanced — every bite felt thoughtfully crafted. Watching the food being cooked right in front of me added a fun and personal touch to the experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Best of all, the prices were very affordable for the quality of food and service. Highly recommend if you're craving authentic Japanese street food with a great vibe!

Wow! The flavor of this soup was insane. The coolest part is that you can pick ANY entree, and they'll swap the entire thing out to be gluten-free. Some dishes will change more than others with the swap, but they all sound amazing. I forget what I ordered, but the egg, the noodles, flavor, everything was absolute fire. Chloe served me, and she was very helpful and kind. Sabu is located inside the Joinery in Lakeland- an excellent place to have a meal. I did "work from home" there for a while, and it went well. The bowl was close to $20 when its all said and done.. kinda expensive but super delicious. Id definitely eat here again.

Patrick, Jade and Ray of sunshine are awesome. They really made my experience enjoyable here and to top it off the food was AMAZING! First time coming here and I will definitely come again! Highly recommended!!

Saturday has the best tasting vegetarian ramen. The person on the register is always helpful and accommodating. It's located in a food hall (The Joinery) I visit by myself because I love their ramen. My husband doesn't like the food hall scene. It is a pleasant place where coworkers meet and eat. Everyone seems to enjoy it. It's a happy place.
