Sabrosito Cafe Express

I had a really disappointing experience at the Colombian kiosk stand at Willowbrook Mall. I went on March 3rd around 12:36 PM. The food itself was alright — nothing special, just average. I ordered two empanadas and that part was fine. The issue was with the older guy working there. After I paid, I later saw that he added a tip to my card without my permission. It wasn’t a big amount, but that’s not the point. You don’t add a tip for yourself without the customer approving it first. That’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Because of that, I won’t be going back. I recommend double checking your receipt if you decide to buy from there.

I had a great experience at Sabrosito in Willowbrook Mall! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I like it. The portions were generous and everything tasted amazing. The staff was friendly, fast, and very welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the mall when I’m craving something delicious. Highly recommend! 🌯🔥

The young lady at the counter was busy watching novelas on her phone and couldn’t be bothered. Pan de queso was as hard as a rock. She heated the Pan de bono for almost 5 minutes in a mini oven and it tasted ok but was was extra greasy. Don’t bother getting coffee. The milk was heated in a microwave and the coffee itself was stale. I love Colombian staples but this kiosk isn’t offering anything fresh. Don’t recommend it!

everything in here is so good,the drinks,food is being fire🤤,and the attention from the worker is amazing

Please double check the screen and ask for receipt because they are over charging the prices and adding gratuity without your knowledge. And when asked about it they stated that’s how they are set up.
