Difficult to review this place. The food is amazing, the best compared with other Ecuatorian places. But the place is difficult to be called a restaurant, this place is what is known in Puerto Rico as a Cafeteria. A great place to eat great real and authentic food, but not the place that you will go with a date. Hope you understand the concept here. If you go just for the food, then is 💯 recommended. If you go for the service or athmosphere, the go to some othe Restaurant. But I will return, because the food was excellent.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was truly unacceptable. The restaurant was extremely dirty from the moment we walked in. The kitchen was visible from our table, and it looked completely disorganized and messy, which was already a major red flag. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and things only got worse when we noticed the silverware still had food on it. When we mentioned it to the waitress, her response was, “Here, check this one—if it’s not clean, I’ll get you another one.” That alone was shocking, but what made it worse is that she never came back to check on us at all. The service was nonexistent, the cleanliness was below any standard, and the overall experience was horrible. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

The food and the treatment from the waitress was very good, but there was a group of people (seemed to be regulars) kept staring and laughing at us since the minute we walked it. I’m from Brazil and I was craving food that had rice and beans. Passing by this place I saw the pictures of the plates and it looked like food from home. We entered (me, my sister, her husband and our parents). The waitress was really nice and helpful. We really liked her service. I thought the food was delicious and the chicken Milanese was sooo good! But we felt SO uncomfortable with this group of men (seemed like regulars) that were sitting in two tables close to us.
